I have no doubt that goes on and has been going on. I experienced it myself throughout my working life. "Yeah that's BS" you say to yourself. But you didn't say that to management and you only said it quietly to select colleagues and friends because you knew it could harm your career if you were vocal about it. But you see they know that that's what a lot of their workforce will do. But your silence and non push back is an important factor in reinforcing to the impressionable that that ideology is legitimate and before you know it people are wholeheartedly buying into ideas that there's thousands of genders, some people are born in the wrong gender, its doctors, not nature, that assigns gender and denying any of those things constitutes hate speech which cannot be allowed to be spoken. These woke ideas are not confined to the workplace. Indeed, the speed at which they have been adopted by the wider community in the space of about 5 years is nothing less than extraordinary. Did you ever think, five years ago, that a court could clear your bank savings account of 40,000 euro, leaving you zero, because you refused to obey a direction to address a student by his preferred pronoun "they"? Look up the case of Enoch Burke in Ireland, doing the rounds all over the internet at the moment. Did you ever imagine that men would be competing in female sports. This is NOT a little innocuous little thing. Its about control and setting us against each other so that we, the 99%, become too fragmented to see them as the real and common enemy.
