My understanding is BHP's Falcon (older type) Technology has been tried for some time. However NOT the rendition created by Catherine Norman who was appointed Managing Director on 17 July 2006 (Why?)

You will find that being just a 1000 metres off will mean a Oil drill can be miss a fair size oil field, as ROC did in their first China Beibu Drill. I'm suggesting that Catherine Normans technology may well make oil targeting a much more certainty. I believe Woodside only had a 1 in 30 chance against them (WPL estimated 12%)

Catherine Norman's version still needs to be positivly proved, GOP will be targeting Jamaica Next month they will be telling us more about this (at least this is my information from Wise Owls Pearl report)
