IMHO, they are only trying to cover up and draw the attention away from the real picture and from what is really happening out there.
Regardless of the amount of money we will need, it is money that we can ill afford to spend. Especially when we will need more than just what is strictly necessary to keep things going. More people, more Incentive Options, more of everything.
We should be concentrating on what we have got that it is not producing, or even starting to produce, not looking for more blue sky opportunities.
Where is the money coming for that, lol....
