All the hype was not lived up to in relation to the projects and the RIO J/V collapse was a big hit given the "elephants" that were in the ground - even evaded RIO!! Given the lack of progress you really think investors would have put in more in CR's if there was no change?? methinks not - all IMO.

so regarding the build up the depth of expertise - please elaborate and provide examples as to how you arrived at that conclusion. From where i sit - MO has not changes - just a change in the "guardians" for investor funds.
