Hi WOT,
How do you know ASIC is "finally investigating"? I'm only receiving general responses to my questions claiming they "cannot confirm or deny" whether ASIC is looking into the matter. If they were it would likely be made public via a media release. The lady I spoke to yesterday said there was currently no media release in relation to WOF. She did however suggest that the more WOF's minority shareholders formally complain to ASIC the more likely ASIC will take notice.
