I followed up and lodged a more detailed complaint and I'm still waiting for a reply. But as the ASIC officer said, the more people who lodge a complaint the more likely they take notice. I encourage minority shareholders to lodge a complaint individually and not just rely on a few others. The more complaints ASIC receive = (possibly) a better outcome.
