Brilliant outcome.. assume they let the tenements lapse and then picked them up in a phoenix company. Jail time in Australia for doing this...but again, ASIC sits on it's hands. Moral of the story - never do business with the Chinese. Too powerful and Australia govt have ZERO reach.
