As I said above, if they've contravened any of these points, we can sue their Dir's Indemnity
Insurance. Insurance Co's don't like going to court due to high costs. I'm already involved
in another s#@*Fight and live too far from a no win no pay lawyer, but someone should
talk to one and take all the relevant info which I'm not wholly on top of. If it's an open & shut
case they should be interested IMO. The more these dodgy asx Dir's are brought to task
the more they might start to do the right thing. TIH holders went through the Qld. Fraud Squad
which is having results.
