I'll follow up my complaint with ASIC to determine how it is that my allegations of misconduct against WOLF and its controlling directors are not being treated as interrelated allegations of misconduct as raised by others albeit worded differently. As it seems to me that the directors of WOLF are acting at the behest of the majority shareholder such that the majority shareholder gains to the detriment of all other minority shareholders. The directors of WOLF are either officers of China SAM or are nominee puppets put in place by China SAM and directed by China SAM.
Either way the misconduct actions of WOLF, being those referred in the ASIC advice to you, in the end come back to being misconduct actions implemented directly or indirectly by China SAM.
So why were my allegations of misconduct dismissed?
I'm not going to die wondering!
