I knew it was a bad sign when in the lastest newsletter they removed all the 2nd quarter deadlines that they had in the February newsletter. They've done this kind of stuff many times before.
Also, I had felt that because there has been at least 1 monthly promo piece put out by the company, we were not going to get any news for a long time. The company pumps out those promo pieces (newsletters, market reports) in earnest during dry spells. Also, if there was some big significant news right around the corner, they would have held off on those items until the news was released so that the market report, newsletters, etc. were not quickly outdated.
At least it's easy to pick up on their shenanigans now.
