There are one or two prolific posters on the SBL threads that have only been members in the last month or so

Suddenly these posters are now the font of all knowledge regarding this company , that raises alarm bells with me

Just be careful of the posible manipulation that you maybe subject to

If in doubt, click on their userid and what see other threads that they have contributed to

We are discussing / deciding many $mil of dollars of investmet value impact and a possible course of action which may adversly affect many of us who have invested in this company

Look at the ESG thread, see what is happening there, post a comment to any of the main threads about the takeover for feedback (ESG SAG - Shareholder Action Group)

I dont have a big exposure to SBL compared to some of you (see tally) but there is a basic principle in that we have trusted the "board" to do the right thing and I think in this case we have been betrayed
