Agreed with moving online. But at all businesses are retailers. There are restaurants, cafes, pubs, hairdressers, GP, physiotherapy, gyms..... etc. they require premium & busy locations. I know a mate who run a newsagent in PerthCBD train station. He paid premium rent, but he makes lots of money too. You need to spend money to make money, that the basic principle of business. Next time try to get the haircut online, see if it works.
