$120k per year for rent, is a lot of clothes to sell for a small store. i don't know how anyone in retail in australia makes a living.
not relating to this shop but in general prices are too high in australia too many middle men taking a cut, taxes, trying to get high margins, high wages. i'm all for supporting local businesses but draw the line a paying more than double the price i can buy something for online.
