some men recognise women are a load smarter than the males, in financial decisions... so these women are sick of waiting for the male to get the loan....the women are going it alone... in the last 18 months, 50% of the sole loan applications are coming from the women... it used to be 70% of those loans were males... that is a jump of 20% for the females... and they are being very smart...buying a small unit to get into the market, as a starting point to go for the house later, when ready to nest..
it is expanding on the research and findings a couple of years ago, whereas the single people are buying and renting, they are not sharing their houses with others... so many more single households world wide...thatn ever in the past... this trend is recognised by most PI's and those 40 year olds, still living with mum and dad, will eventually have to move out...when they find a mate, and the mate does not want to live with the 'olds'...
