Its the same 3000 voters over and over so they are really asking them whether any have changed their mind since the poll began. Further, I have posted previously that this LA Times poll is unconventional and does not use the same scientific methodology of the other polls and it is the only poll that has been out of whack with all the polls since inception.
Even the LA Times acknowledges that how the 3000 original poll participants were selected could give a bias to the republican candidate in this case Trump.
But you know that, because I have posted the details so many times. All the other polls reflect that Clinton has surged to a very comfortable lead and more importantly has improved her position in the battleground States. Also of note even with this LA Times poll the margin to Trump has been reduced.
