Hi, At my workplace, like any civil and decent societal organelle, a woman or man in the same role get paid the same wage. However, in my opinion, men work harder. This is evident in my workplace which is a call centre, basically, where the men always quantifyably outperform. When any physical things, lifting etc, need to be done it is done by the blokes. Women do less work for the same coin at the Australian Open tennis tournament. They play 3 sets, not 5, and to be serious, are not in insane physical shape like the incredible men athletes. Now i hear there is a proposal to have women get more than men for Superannuation. The pendulum hath swung too far. Men respect women in Australia. Why do i feel this is not reciprocated to the same intensity?
