there are 2 women in my management team that are there because they are female. Chosen for their genitalia.... not talent They even bring another woman in for special projects, aka photo opportunities, because she's young and in shape. Filthy horrible sexism is alive and well in politics and medium and large companies everywhere...including mine. The thing that shts me, is middle aged men in middle management like myself do all the friggen work. But, as my old mate at work said to me once - do you really want to hang around those dkheads??
