re: women to get ... why employ a woman.
I hate to be sexist but I will be: why in the world would any small business employ a woman when they could employ a man? they would cop: 1. paid maternity leave 2. after maternity leave they will probably leave altogether or at best go part-time to raise their kid(s).
Its not worth it. Women's libbers bleat about the lack of women in business, well there's why. I think its pretty obvious to everyone isn't it?
