I never ever said that at all, I said that we should recognise where there are genuine discrepancies between how we deal with the sexes and attempt to create a level playing field. We are a decent way down the track but still have room to improve.
regarding pay for accomplishments, I have no problems with a woman getting lower pay for doing the same job as another, as long as it is based on her output.....same as how I wish to see a woman get more for her efforts if it’s warranted.
you should be up for this as well, because in my mind this is the hallmark of creating a society that values individual contributions - what are you? A socialist?
