Might be redundant, but shouldn't the concern just be about how much she can lift?
Background info.. as a male, her posted tournament lifts have been between 268-285.
She qualified 4th in this Olympics, and is well below the world standard at 294kg for womens 87kg catagory.
So unless you expect her, after being on blockers, to be able to increase her lift by 15%.. I'm not sure the concern.
If she smashes the competition, it's likely they'll create rulings around transgender athletes. But she's not looking like she'll be particularly noteworthy at all.. in anyway.
EDIT: To summarise, she's never lifted at a weight that would even result in her getting a womens medal based on prior competitions as a male.
