    Anybody considered the thought that NMDC might hive off the chemical engineering operation.
    Their foray into tunisia was part of a consortium with an Indian chemical company. It is reasonable to speculate that the same people might be behind the scenes.

    Separating the chemical operation from the mining would have implications for LCY.
