You don’t think a project of this size and scale can attract a suitable JV partner with the appropriate financial resources? Especially with the enabling tech that Novaphos are now spruiking as ready to go (check out Twitter or LinkedIn).
Also the DAP price used in that study was around US$600/mt, prices are now well north of US$900/mt. With demand coming from additional non traditional sources such as LFP EV batteries and supply becoming riskier as each year passes something will have to give shortly. All IMO.
