We agree on one thing then, it is a punt.
Here is my dirty little secret then - I am here for neither the investment nor the punt. I am here looking for or to agitate an overthrow, a takeover or a restructure of substance so nothing matters other than the governance structure, the capital (equity and debt) structure, the company risk profile, the market the entity operates in and the current climate for change in the listed entity.
Something different from your average punter or investor. This makes me look to key matters of relevance that others discount as they view things through a different lens.
And yes I hold a few shares on the way through.
