Seems like were are aligned, but curious why you think the Board won't be able to extract said value via a JV.
Not sure how a restructure will make a difference. The main reason things ground to a halt was depressed phosphate rock/acid prices, rendering Wonarah as a stranded asset. Now that we're in a once in a lifetime bull cycle underpinned by multiple catalysts - war, supply chain, enviro, EVs, renewables etc the steps undertaken by the Board seem entirely appropriate.
If there is a better plan I'd be open to hearing it.
