Being a suffering investor in AEV, this is what I've observed re: Brett (I have no skin in the project) Clark’s MO:

1. Do nothing (this has been going on for way too many years).
2. Say nothing (keep your investors in the dark and once in a blue moon feed them BS via the same old regurgitated PowerPoint).
3. Get paid generously for doing steps 1 and 2 (don’t forget the free options).
4. Raise cash when needed so he and his cronies can continue doing numbers 1 through to 3 (lifestyle company).

I'm convinced the loooooooooooong awaited scoping study that Clark and Co. said is due this quarter won’t be delivered on time. How can I be so sure? Simple really, the track record of this BOD and CEO. IMO they are unproductive, unreliable and utterly self-serving.
