Sure it would but as they said in the statement they are still performing infill drilling on those areas. These will be completed soon. I think you can safely assume based on their commitment now that there will be enough to pay for if not all, a fair swag of a benefication plant.
Railway? Why does MAK need to build the railway? Christmas rides for the kids? Leave that to the infrastructure people ie the government and friends.
