Not a bad announcement. Nice big resource. DSO seems more likely and Capex 75 - 100 mill, which I think's OK. However OPEX a bit too high, especially in the short term if RP prices drop to $US 150/mt. If AUD increases in strength then margins will reduce. On the safe side I'd guess at a worst case scenario of $10 - $20 profit per mt until the RP prices increase in the medium term.
Possible to end up with a few mill profit by the end of 2009 if DSO is a goer
