    Did anyone read yesterdays annoucement from these guys. They are placeing $3m worth of stock, Not at a discount to current price which what normally happens, buy at 15c which is 3c above the last sale price. Something must be in the wind,can anyone elaborate. SP this mornimg up to 13.5c still less than placement price.
