"all highly speculative" -- yes! This is a company with MC of $150m, a SPECULATIVE biotech. They are doing solid, worthy, world leading and potentially world changing science, and you're demanding evidence at a phase 3, FDA submission level.
"no mention of magical interferon beta in the actual clinical trial" -- how about your try reading and understanding the evidence in front of you before demanding more?
Why don't you tell us a couple of biotechs with a similar market cap that do provide the sort of rigourous evidence you demand?
