The institutional bookbuild is still expected to be conducted from Monday 4 July through Tuesday 5 July 2005.
Following the institutional bookbuild a final price will be determined. The shares in a general public offer will then be allocated to successful applicants, who will receive those shares together with any refund owing to them in the event of a scale back or reduction in price from the retail application price. Unsuccessful applicants in the general public offer will receive a
refund of their application monies.
Following the announcement of final allocations and pricing, Tattersall’s expects to commence trading on the ASX on a conditional basis on 7 July, and on a normal trading basis on 18 July.
