When we hit the top of the grey box, that's the top FIB extension, and likely bubble pop point (in his opinion) that's what he means.

FED has already excited the market for "ethical reasons" now it's insider trader Pelosi and co's turn to sell off ethically *at the top of course, they won't be bag holders.
