    The rumour I have heard is that GBG may make a play for the Davyhurst tenements, mostly because they are right nextdoor, and includes a full set-up camp, accommodation, airstrip, etc. Get it for a song, lock in the infrastructure, then on-sell the gold rights to the usual backroom merchants and spin-doctors.

    Don't know how realistic that is, but it kinda makes some sense.
