H was part of Tubatse project in the IOP deal wasnt it? and that came from/via/between G origonally? Correct me if i have it wrong again.

Who applied for H's prospecting and then later mining rights? I forget for the moment what Hs situation re rights is at present? It wasnt mentioned in the CC case was it?
