I assumed that Genorah had applied for Garatua project because they were the ones involved with the CC and it made me think they handled both Tubatse and Garatau.

Who applied for H's prospecting and then later mining rights? I forget for the moment what Hs situation re rights is at present? It wasnt mentioned in the CC case was it?
