The way I see it is that the Chinese were always the carrot for this stock INL were just a mere distraction.
However I don't think the Chinese need to rush, who are they worried about getting in before them?
There is no doubt this stock will increase one day - But when will that one day be????? So I am ready to make this a little longer term than I was hoping for.
