what kind of perspective must INL have to think that $2.5m is a lot of money?? to them and their juvenile intelligence it probably is.
it is nano-money in mining terms, especially when talking about Nickel production. it's a pittance to what they could have earned had they been allowed to.
maybe they could go buy themselves a U license with it and drill a hole - whoopee!
and where's INLs scientific Ni production technical rebuttal???? nowhere. JRV were right ...
there's no anwers to these questions just INLs incessant nagging.....
