Quality Kaolin (ISO 90+) which Skardon produces is in hot demand at $1200 a tonne. The only thing above this is Titanium Dioxide @ $3,200 tonne
Looking at my figures for price. If they get to 9.5 cents the downtrend resumes. 11.5 seems the resistance now a close above 14.5, I see an uptrend continuing to 17c, 20c then 25c. A close above 35c would be the best news for this stock and lead to a minimum move to 55c
To break even MSC (Skardon) needs to sell 40000 tonnes a year to break even. What they sell above that is profit and they should easily do this without trying
Top grade Kaolin from Skardon should fetch AU$1200 a tonne (or AU$1200,000 per 10000 tonne barge load)
They expect to start around 75000 "tonne per annum" (TPA) increasing to 120,000 TPA aiming for 150,000 TPA
I suspect the figures for 2 months will be given on their "ramp" for their London listing next month, This will create more demand for the stock (simply more buyers)
