CCC have been moving at a head spinning speed with all this restructuring of financing acquisitions and reprioritising mines.So its not surprising that info that was avaliable 6 months ago in presos is no longer applicable.One has to be very careful of this situation with CCC as Ive noticed that weve had a few bits of info like the dropping of Vlakplaats that people construed as a possible sell-off of this asset.Boy was that far from the truth!
I think even I might have said you cant do an AIM listing for an acquisition without a capital raise,which is more than likely still true.
But its obvious now that CCC have decided that they have hit the market with as many shares as it can take and have decided to AIM list without a capital raise.Quite wise really if the chat on HC is ANYTHING to go by!
