What is wrong with saying that they are mininng?
They are... and building ROM stocks while they are finishing the commisioning of the plant.
You have to remember that it is a big mill and you can't just make the ore appear on the ROM pad when you are finished the plant commisioning.
I think they are keeping everyone informed as to what they are up to.
