It seems that disallowing such ouster clauses is falling into line with UK law and thus maintaining the doctrine of separations of powers. (As it should). It looks like that decision was made back in February 2018.
Perhaps Teet was (unusually) correct in this instance - a judicial review would be expected and Yeo can't unilaterally impose her will.
That would be excellent news for Lynas' case.
