I'm not too unhappy that they are attempting to get into another high-reward project, presumably to balance their risk/sieze an opportunity. The big recent selldown does look very suss but it was so transparent that I'm almost inclined to think it was a lucky guess on somebody's part. It could be suggested that an SI associated with Hartleys would maybe be in a position to make a luckier guess than most but I couldn't possibly comment on the probability of that because I'd only be speculating. On the flipside, we'll all get another crack at some cheapies via the SPP; they could have restricted it to SI's or a placement. I had been hoping to get some more at the sub-8c range.
