seriously the company has other projects now that can make it successful in its own right, it doesn't need Puntland.

will Puntland be ever drilled? I've heard many times the comment that the company was in the best position ever for this project to go ahead, yet it hasn't progressed at all.
there have been an avalanche of reasons why. political, security, instability, pirates, problems with partners, costings blow outs etc you wonder what is next. now we have the tender process still no complete to engage a drilling contractor! when does it end, seriously!?
