I still think that it comes down to the question of could MMX have acquired the assets without the various ways CHM got used and abused to assist in acquistion.
Problem for MMX is if they could have afforded the assets without the "milch cow" then why didnt they do it all by themselves.
Percentage contributions then dont mean much as MMX if CHM have proven case to the judge have profited from ill gotten gains.
sorry Glyna I am saying proved to the judge not you unless you wear a wig and sat up the front of the court through October.
None of us here at HC were there in court to know what was proved and not proved but one thing for sure I would rather be on the side whose witnesses all took the stand rather than having a defence where 5 of the key witnesses declined to take the stand.
