Sierra - yes full moon 2.32 a.m. New York time so you may be right and we had a slight left slant (positive) but I am not sure that this one will be quite as exact as its effect looks to spread over 3rd and 4th as well. This might have something to do with it being perigee on 4th. I thought it should have been a low but that doesn't look to be the case. This is certainly going to be a very interesting full moon to analyse.
