While IMO the standard upside in a "9" years is finishing December at the latest, the presidential cycle does have a move up into Mar/Apr next year.

The question is whether that can overwhelm the downside influences.

In theory markets have the major peak around Sep/Oct in the "7" year and after a severe downmove then rally to make a lower top or weaker higher top into late in the "9" year.

You can take 2000 and say the US topped out in the "10" year and we held up to the "2" year.

However the cycles work best on a 20 year cycle rather than the 10 year so this "should" be more like the classic, but nothing guaranteeed.
