Pwillow, don't think calling me mad for being cautious or sharing an opinion on the lows of the USD is necessarily correct.
But you may be right, however the market has consistently proven that the price chasers or speculators are the last ones to a party or move, either up or down. I'm definately not saying that the USD is not going down, but from a contrarian perspective, with under 3% bulls at the moment, a gradual decline also sees a gradual accumulation on the other side which could lead to a bounce to flush out the momentum players. Way under 72 is something we definately will see.
One thing though is that as the USD is going down, so is the value of the massive load of treasuries that the Chinese have. They aren't buying gold at these prices, so a bounce in the USD, allows treasuries to be offloaded, creating another ideal environment to convert USD to other hard assets.
