I think the lower income people are more likely to stick with skype or the like as pricing is much cheper per minute . NOR is about quality & convenience not price when compared to the popular voip apps . Before anyone jumps down my throat , just do the cost analysis compared to skype ok . If i'm in the USA & want to use the workd phone app just like i would a normal mobile number , i will need DATA . Data means i will still need to purchase a local/USA sim card for the data . I will indeed use world phone , but definately not to save me money .
