wondering if dow surge might be due to short covering ahead of possible legislation/stiff regulation ?
better now than be given short notice i suppose.
only a thought and may be far off the mark. i know we have talk of controls but what will they actually be when they are finalised ? it won't only be naked that is affected ?
DOWn right frightening volatility. not for the faint hearted. maybe ok for chartists like volt. hope they make packets. soup kitchens getting full.
