I have found that the best way to approach these is to have an buy order at your desired %discount to NTA and leave it there. You either get lucky or you dont.

These stocks are wealth vehicles for the Melbourne Establishment and you can never tell when and why people will buy or sell. I have seen the sell side completely empty for up to a week.
