Absolutely correct. Hamas have stated several times that they will repeat their actions of 7 October 2023 repeatedly, until the State of Israel and the jews no longer exist. Hence their chant of "from the river to the sea .... "
Don't see how you can negotiate anything sensible with that lot. In that they believe that if they die a martyr they will, receive some number of virgins in heaven also suggests that they are somewhat unhinged.
